Led by CEO Michael Plate, a retired Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer with over 30 years of service, the company brings unparalleled experience. As the Provincial Field Coordinator for over 20 years, Michael oversaw breath alcohol testing and training services for all municipal and provincial Ontario police agencies. He collaborated with the Government of Ontario, the Ministry of the Attorney General, the Canadian Society of Forensic Science, and the Centre of Forensic Sciences to modernize impaired driving training and develop quality assurance systems.

Certified on all breath alcohol testing devices in Ontario, including the Breathalyzer 900/900A, Intoxilyzer 5000C, 8000C, and 9000C, Michael also has expertise with devices from Draeger and Intoximeter. A certified Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) officer, he has consulted on over 1,000 breath alcohol cases and provided testimony in all levels of court.
